I help manage a couple of properties and one of the tenants complained that a few sections of the wood flooring were bowed. I called up the Wood Flooring Experts immediately! Miguel was quick to schedule a time that worked with my schedule as well as the tenant. He advised that we setup circulating fans throughout the property and let them blow the affected areas for a week. After a few days the floor boards were near flush to the ground. Was on time and very responsive to the numerous questions we had. He is efficient in his work. He finishes his work on time and meets his deadlines. Would highly recommend him. Miguel has helped me three times.  Five years ago he refinished the hardwood floors in my house and it looked brand new when he was done.  A few months ago, my dishwasher leaked and he was able to repair the buckled wood.  Most recently, he came back and refinished the floors again with the goal of upkeep and ensuring the wood does not get damaged like five years ago.  Miguel is very professional, friendly, and is meticulous in his work.  Excellent work!

I can't believe I had the good luck to find "Wood Flooring Experts". This is a family owned business, and Miguel, the owner, takes pride in doing all types of wood floor repairs, including smaller repairs. A lot of Wood Floor Specialists only accept the big jobs. In this case, I had a small area of my bedroom floor that had some deep scratches and unsightly gauges from moving my bed around. It was a 3ft X 3ft area. Miguel came over, gave me an estimate, and when  I explained to him that I was moving, and didn't want my landlord to keep my whole deposit (to fix the floor) he even worked with me on a price that met my budget. Miguel did a terrific job. He was able to sand down the scratches and varnish the area, keeping the integrity and beauty of the floor intact, and making it impossible to tell there was ever a scratch there. Miguel was personable, professional, and an absolute magician, making the damage to the floor vanish, POOF! I'm so happy with his work, and I would hire his company, Wood Flooring Experts, again in a heartbeat!
